Patricia Gonzalez is the Vice President of Marketing at Windstar Cruises, where she leads brand evolution and digital transformation for the small-ship cruise line. With over 15 years of experience in luxury travel, cruising, hospitality, and non-profits, she brings a fresh, cross-industry perspective to travel marketing. Patricia has held leadership roles at Azamara, Royal Caribbean Group, Celebrity Cruises, and Sandals Resorts, and also worked agency-side supporting top CPG brands. She holds a Master’s in Business from Florida International University and is passionate about using storytelling and digital innovation to connect with today’s travelers.
