Conference Highlights:We will be implementing a chat bot strategy – an idea that we got from one of the presentations at Digital Travel!

My boss and I had a blast attending the event…

This was our first time attending the conference. We had been researching events to attend for a while but nothing seemed specific or relevant to our roles here at Coeur d’Alene. But Digital Travel fit quite neatly into our niche.

The agenda and speakers were exactly what we were looking to learn. So we got two passes – because it’s always better to go with a colleague. You end up covering a lot more of the event and get a different perspective.

The highlight of the event for me was…

Rose the Chatbot! Actually, the case study presented by Mamie Peers from The Cosmopolitan Casino about the chatbot named Rose. It was really engaging presentation on how the chatbot has helped enhance the guest experience at the casino.

We were so influenced by that one presentation that we are now working on implementing our own chatbot strategy! We’re so excited about this new opportunity for growth in our business. And this one is directly attributed to our participation at the conference!

Innovative. Fun. Trendy. Industry Focused.

Just some of the words I would use to describe the event. We loved being surrounded by likeminded people and learning directly from leaders in the business. For us, it was all about the content being presented and we were not disappointed. We realized there was so much opportunity for us to grow and improve our business. We came back energized and with a notebook full of ideas.

We’d love to be back next year… Maybe to update everyone on our own chatbot strategy!
