The event gets better every year…

I first attended the event in 2015 when I was asked by the producer to join the Advisory Board. I’ve attended the event as a speaker every year since. As a long time attendee, I can honestly say that the event has only got better since its launch. At this year’s conference, there was a high sense of community and the topics really resonated with the attendees. !

The highlight of the event for me was…

The Expedia presentation on how they’ve been using facial recognition technology to enhance the experience of their customers. It was an interesting and engaging presentation on the use of innovative technology – the kind of presentation you will only hear at Digital Travel.

You can tell when the producer has spent a lot of time and resources in organizing a quality event. And the producers of Digital Travel outdo themselves every year. The line up of speakers and relevance of topics have kept me coming back year after year.

This conference has had an impact on the way we do business…

I can rely on this event to meet with innovative thinkers and learn about trends in the industry. I go back to the office with notes on how to help us branch out in our knowledge, implement a new way of thinking and consistently improve the way we do business.
