Director of Guest Experience Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México

Originally from San Sebastian Spain, Alba holds a BBA & Bsc degree in Hospitality Management from les Roches of Hotel Management, Switzerland and has since then travelled around the world to follow her passion for the industry. Her various roles within the Rooms Division have taken her to Mexico, Qatar, New York, Tenerife, Chicago, and recently back to México to join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, as Director of Guest Experience overlooking all Front of House operations.

Having worked with top companies in the luxury hospitality segment such as The Peninsula Hotels, Luxury Collection, The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons Hotels, has helped her gain precious knowledge about the industry. However, what she mentions to be her greatest gift is having met, discovered and learned from a wide variety of cultures and friends who have showed her the world from their different perspectives.

On her free time, you can find Alba under the sun, enjoying water sports, trying exotic foods or luckily discovering a new destination with friends.
