Andy is a next-gen thinker and servant leader who bridges teams to bring big ideas to life at IHG Hotels & Resorts for owners, operators, guests and frontline colleagues. Responsible for managing IHG’s strategic vision and roadmap for digital experiences, he leads the team serving as the voice of the customer when collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to deliver on-brand digital solutions that drive customer satisfaction, brand love and repeat stays. Most recently he oversaw the relaunch of the all-new IHG One Rewards mobile app in conjunction with the IHG One Rewards loyalty program transformation. He has also delivered reduced-contact Digital Check-in and Digital Checkout solutions at 3000+ hotels worldwide, redesigned IHG’s proprietary Wi-Fi platform in 4500+ hotels globally, and has overseen piloting various next-gen solutions around cloud-based Smart TV experiences, mobile F&B ordering and the IHG + Josh.ai voice-controlled Hotel Room of the Future.
