Anita Nightingale is a marketing executive who has spent more than 15 years turning data and creative strategy into measurable growth for destinations and premium brands. As Chief Marketing Officer of the St. Kitts Tourism Authority, she leads brand strategy and integrated digital marketing across SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic, DOOH, and CTV. Across roles at the St. Kitts Tourism Authority and Barbados Tourism Marketing, she has built marketing measurement platforms and performance dashboards that track reach, engagement, expenditure, and conversion in real time, proving campaign ROI and continuously sharpening creative strategy. As Director of Europe for Barbados, she directed data-led campaigns across six markets and pioneered the award-winning "Mindful Travel" platform, earning a Green Destinations Gold Award.
