Caitlin Wildenstein is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in CRM, loyalty, and customer lifecycle marketing across the hospitality, retail, and tourism industries. As Director of CRM & Loyalty at AKA Hotels+Hotel Residences, she leads innovative customer engagement strategies and oversees the evolution of Access AKA, the company's lifecycle membership program, helping strengthen guest relationships and drive long-term brand loyalty. Prior to joining AKA, Caitlin served as Senior Manager of Loyalty Lifecycle Marketing at Foot Locker Inc, where she led the marketing strategy for the global rebrand of the FLX Rewards program and successfully launched the program in Canada. Earlier in her career at Universal Orlando Resort, she led B2B marketing initiatives, including a large-scale CRM platform migration, enhanced personalization and lifecycle marketing strategies, and critical communications during the COVID-19 pandemic. She played a key role in developing reopening plans for B2B partners and clients while creating marketing campaigns that communicated the resort's enhanced safety measures. Caitlin's leadership style is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep understanding of career growth, shaped by her own journey from an intern at Walt Disney World to a marketing executive. A passionate advocate for female leadership and professional development, she is known for fostering high-performing teams through authenticity, determination, and a strong work ethic. Drawing on a diverse background spanning sales, marketing, hospitality, and retail, Caitlin brings strategic insight, creativity, and a customer-first mindset to every initiative.
