Douglas Ralston is the President and CEO of Omni Experiences.  Throughout his 20 years of tenure with the technical and digital industry, Doug continuously reinforces seamless solution for marketing and industrial development.  Ralston focused his career creating impactful products in order to redefine brand experience, which eventually steered technology businesses to Fortune 500 companies such as Symantec, Panasonic, Microsoft, Cisco and Citrix. Doug’s industry-wide background in commerce solution, sales, social and digital strategy also equipped him to work with some of the biggest brands in Travel, Hospitality, and Retail commerce.  

A serial entrepreneur that has started 4 technology companies focused on software platform and mobile services delivery models in the Travel, Retail and Hospitality space.   Most recently the launch of his new company OmniExperience focused on Omnichannel marketing and visitor experience.  As well as a new boutique hotel owner in Guadalajara Mexico.   Doug has worked with over 350 destinations and Hotels around the world and several technology and retail organizations from Macys, Sandals Resorts, Microsoft, Citrix and Symantec.
