Emma Jagunich

Emma is the Senior Manager of Product Operations for the Human team at Airbnb. In the last 8 years, she has served in many operational capacities at Airbnb, including managing social media and online/offline dispute resolutions for the community support function. She also incubated product, operational and community development for Airbnb Experiences.

Currently, she’s leads work at the intersection of product and operations for Human. The

Human team’s largest investment is OpenHomes, a program that offers temporary

accommodation to those in need. The program started with those displaced by natural and man-made disasters, and has since expanded to housing relief workers, those who need to travel for medical purposes, and those displaced by conflict.
