He holds a bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication and is currently pursuing a master’s in Marketing. He began his professional journey at a digital advertising agency, gaining hands-on experience in strategy development, copywriting, and content creation.
Currently, he works at Turkish Airlines, the airline that flies to more countries than any other, as a Customer Analytics and Campaign Management Specialist within the CRM department. In this role, he helps shape personalized global campaigns by transforming complex data into tailored communication strategies, while also managing the relationship with the external agency that supports the airline’s global email communications across more than 120 countries.
Through this experience, he continues to build expertise in orchestrating large-scale international campaigns for a truly global brand.
