Julia Fedor is a marketing communications professional with a blend of agency and brand-side experience across travel, consumer goods, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. As Director of Operations for Brand Marketing at United Airlines, she leads financial operations, agency relations, talent management, social media, and analytics to support integrated brand campaigns.

Previously, Julia was Vice President and Project Director at Edelman, managing a global client portfolio, and she began her career producing digital campaigns at Leo Burnett. A Northwestern University graduate, Julia is passionate about accessibility, animal welfare, and reproductive rights, and currently resides in Chicago.
