Kristin Heaney

Kristin Heaney is the Sales Director leading the travel Industry at ContentSquare, a next-gen digital insights platform. She has significant experience in the marketing technology and customer experience space.  Before joining ContentSquare, she was a part of IBM's Watson Customer Engagement team working with the financial services industry. Kristin is fascinated by the shift to digital, and by the reinvention of customer service in the age of convenience. When she is not discussing online customer experience, you can find her chasing the sunshine either on the beach on or the golf course. Kristin graduated from Lafayette College and is based in New York City.
