Michael Badolato is the Digital Engagement and Communications Specialist at Alcatraz Cruises. Having grown with the company for almost 9 years, Michael is highly specialized in San Francisco tourism and Alcatraz Island operations.

Over the past 3 years, Michael has worked to build Alcatraz Cruises’ digital program in line with the company’s marketing initiatives in creating stewards for the National Park Service, educating our visitors and increasing revenue. Strategic execution of UGC marketing, influencer marketing, paid social media, and programmatic advertising have allowed the implementation of highly targeted campaigns and increased social media reach.  

Alcatraz Cruises was recently awarded a second contract by the National Park Service providing ticketing and transportation to Alcatraz Island for the next 15 years. Michael looks forward to bringing these initiatives to marketing new products, community outreach and continuing to innovate with creative digital solutions.
