Vice President of Product Hovr

Rachel Costantino is currently the Vice President of Product at Hovr. With 10+ years experience, a passion for innovation, and a continuous focus on anticipating market trends, Rachel has played a pivotal role in shaping Hovr’s growth. Joining as Hovr’s VP of Design, she quickly pivoted into establishing a product-led culture at the company.

During Rachel’s time, Hovr has embraced a culture of continuous innovation and customer-centricity. She also championed the integration of user-centered design principles into the product development process, resulting in more intuitive and user-friendly experiences for customers.

Before joining Hovr, Rachel received her MFA from the School of Visual Arts and then spent time growing and learning at both early stage start-ups, such as Wade & Wendy (acquired by PandoLogic in 2021) and enterprise teams, such as J.P. Morgan Chase.
