As an Intrapreneur, Digital Marketer, Business Driven and Customer-Centric leader my aim is to constanly sustain the core business while developing new sources of revenues through both enterprise level transformations as well as through growth hacking, customer focused omnichannel, lifecycle and digital strategies.
Prior to joining Accorhotels I was employed by Bouygues Telecom, in a variety of marketing positions. During this time, I developed my marketing, digital, CRM, CXM and project management skills both in B2C and B2B.
From 2013 to 2014, I defined and managed the worldwide online relationship marketing roadmap of Accorhotels.
From 2015 to 2016, as an E-commerce & Digital Services Project Director / Chief of Staff I managed the Mobile First Program (one of the eight programs of the Accorhotels 360° Digital Plan) and transversal and strategic projects on behalf of the SVP E-commerce & Digital Services.
From 2016 to 2017, I defined the integration strategies and develop online sales for the new AccorHotels Business Lines or in niche and lifestyle brands on the AccorHotels Digital Ecosystem.
Since 2018, I fully participate in the AccorHotels group's growth strategy by identifying, concretizing and developing the synergies between the New Businesses/Acquistions and the Business, Customers & Digital teams.
I also taught at the Institute of Corporate Administration (IAE) of the University of Jean Moulin, Lyon 3 and at the University of Pantheon-Assas (Paris 2).
